About Us

Foto-Smith was born in 2006, out of a passion for photography that had been with me since childhood. After completing 25 years Auditing full time & photography part time, I decided to become a professional photographer & took my first steps along my newly chosen career path. Having shared the knowledge gained over the years with my son Daniel, I was very pleased when he decided to join me in my quest for the perfect image & Foto-Smith was born.

Since then as a team we have gone from strength to strength, expanding the wedding & portrait business & gaining more useable knowledge along the way. Not being the types to sit back on our laurels & possibly slightly mad, last year we entered the pre school/schools & social events photography market. This again has proved to be very successful & all areas are still showing growth, even in this credit crunch era.

This year we have added Mum to Be, baby bump shoots & Baby's first year to our ever expanding portfolio.
