Q. How long does it take before I get the proof cards?
A. We attempt to have them back to the Nursery/School within 7 days.

Q. How long then do we have to wait to get our photographs back?
A. Again about a week after the proof cards have been returned to us, or if you order online, about 3 days.

Q. How do I pay for my photographs?
A. You can pay by cash or Cheque through the Nursery/School or via credit/debit card online.

Q. Can I choose more than one pack?
A: You can order as many packs as you wish.

Q. Can I have different images in the same pack?
A: The packs come with a single image in different sizes, depending on the packs you choose.

Q. Do you do any other products?
A. Yes we do, you can access our complete range via the web, if however you do not have web access, drop us a line & we will send you a complete catalogue of prices.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If for any valid reason you are not happy with any of our products, we will give you a complete refund.
